What are the benefits of living in a community like Cameron Crossing?

That New Home Smell

There is nothing quite like that “new car smell”...except maybe the smell of a brand-new home…and better yet, a home that’s all yours! There’s something really special about moving into a home that nobody has lived in before. When everything is new and clean, you can truly put your mark on a home to make it your own, without the worry of unexpected surprises that sometimes come with older homes.

Customization Options

We offer a great opportunity to customize your home, but without so many options that it becomes impossible to make a decision. Some of the options that you’ll be able to select to suit your needs and taste include interior and exterior paint color, cabinet color, kitchen and bathroom hardware, and more. Other unique amenities that you may want in your new home include a custom backsplash, countertop surface, appliance packages, flooring, lighting, barn doors, skylight, and/or gas fireplace. Though not every option is available for every home, we are sure that our sales staff will be able to guide you to a final home plan that perfectly suits you!

Going Green — Energy Efficiency

Did you know that manufactured homes generate around one-fifth of the materials waste of a conventional site-built home? Our homes are built efficiently, and you don’t pay for that waste.

It’s also important to note that, over the life of the home, you’ll continue to save as our homes are highly energy efficient. They are “built tight” in a factory, using high-quality insulation, double-pane windows, and EnergyStar appliances – saving you money for years to come!

Low Maintenance

The homes in Cameron Crossing are both attractive and efficient —  these brand-new homes are built with top-grade construction materials, keeping maintenance and upkeep to a minimum. We also offer only single-story options, which are notably less maintenance since everything is easily accessible on one level.

Built With a Plan

When you drive down the street of a new community, you’ll likely notice that all of the homes look great from the outside. There is a consistent and design-forward look to every home. This is due to our community guidelines — put in place to ensure a high standard of quality and uniformity in the community.
