The Community
Within the neighborhood, you’ll find a host of amenities including walking trails, a dog park, and playgrounds — all tied together through thoughtful landscape design.
In our opinion, a neighborhood just simply isn’t a neighborhood if there aren’t some great public spaces to share and spend time together, and at Cameron Crossing, enjoying summer evenings at the playground or walking winter mornings with friends is always part of the experience.
Cameron Crossing’s community fee is $850/mo. To learn more about what is included with this fee, you can visit our FAQ page.
The Cameron Crossing Community

The Gallatin Valley has been growing fast, which has made it challenging to find an affordable home. Our vision for Cameron Crossing was to create a neighborhood of reasonably-priced homes that offered something more private and personal than a condo. With what’s a truly unique approach to development, we’re able to welcome a broader range of people to the joys of owning their own home.

When you walk into one of the homes at Cameron Crossing, you’re going to be surprised at the spacious feel, the quality of furnishings, and just the overall sense of privacy that each offer. Walk outside, and you’ll find yourself in a good old-fashioned small-town neighborhood, with kids riding bikes on summer evenings, and friends out grilling on their porches as they enjoy another sunset.

The Gallatin Valley is known as a very dog-friendly place, and your dog will be thrilled to spend time at the Cameron Crossing dog park. But of course, people need to have fun too, and the playground is sure to be popular with all the kids. Walking trails offer a little peace and quiet, or a great place to get in that jog after work.
